The trolley is mounted on the rear hitch of the combine and is connected using a special clamp on the combine. There is a spring on the drawbar for hitting the drawbar ring into the hitch of the combine. The drive of the trolley is carried out by the movement of the combine. The trolley consists of a platform and a drawbar, with the help of which the aggregation with the combine is carried out. The bogie platform consists of a beam, which is a welded structure, on which are mounted: four supports, a front axle, a rear axle. A bumper with headlights is installed on the back of the cart.
Lodgments are installed on each support, which are designed to catch the rear lower beam of the header, and a support pipe is installed through all the supports, on which the harvester’s crop lifters rest. For different designs of headers, adjustment is provided across the beam of the lodgements and the support tube, as well as the angle of inclination of the support. In addition, it is possible to adjust the distance of the supports along the bogie beam.
