The KPGN 3 mounted cultivator is designed for continuous pre-sowing soil treatment and steam treatment with simultaneous harrowing, with soil specific resistance up to 0.5 kg / cm2 (0.05 MPa) and humidity up to 27%.

Cultivation is indispensable under certain conditions. The task of the cultivator is surface loosening of the soil, destruction of weeds, mulching, partial wrapping of fertilizers and plant residues, as well as creation of an even seed bed. Due to high technical and operational performance, the use of the KPGN cultivator for continuous main tillage makes it possible to reduce energy consumption by up to 40% with high tillage quality compared to conventional plowing with the same working conditions (tillage depth, length of furrows, specific resistance and granulometric composition of the soil, field relief, etc.).

To level the field surface, a double spring comb with the possibility of adjusting the angle of attack of the teeth is located behind the working organs of the cultivator. The final crushing of earth blocks and leveling of the field surface is carried out by tubular rollers. If necessary, the specified KPGN functions are easily dismantled, completely or partially (comb or roller).
