STS MAGIA band tillage unit with simultaneous multi-level fertilization and sowing of grain and industrial crops
Allows you to combine several technological operations, namely, surface cultivation and preparation of the soil for sowing, application of mineral fertilizers and sowing.

This machine combines three processing methods:

  • Vertical processing VERTI-TILL
  • Deep Loosening DEPTH-TILL
  • STRIP-TILL strip processing


STS MAGIA is a multifunctional soil-cultivating and sowing unit, which provides for the implementation in the area of ​​a row of specified technological operations for grinding plant residues, depth processing, integrated fertilization, sowing of both tilled and grain crops, final rolling and mulching of the field surface.

Innovative unit:

  • All working bodies are placed on the individual working section, which ensures a clear implementation of the specified settings for the depth of processing of each working body, taking into account the performance of the previous technological operation and the field microrelief
  • Opportunities for rapid individual adjustment of each working body and zones and doses of different types of mineral fertilizers, as well as seeds of various types of agricultural crops
  • The constructions of the working section and fastening elements make it possible to use working bodies with various parameters for the implementation of each technological operation.


Working section assembly

MAGIA unit performs in one pass:

  • Loosening the soil to a predetermined depth of 5 to 10 cm
  • Application of various types of fertilizers to a predetermined depth of up to 25 cm
  • Sowing crops with inter-row spacing 40 cm
  • Sowing row crops with 40/70 cm row spacing
  • Clearly maintained sowing depth
  • Proper seed compaction in the growth zone
  • Copying field topography with each share


The machine is unique, since in the aggregate a completely new arrangement of the working bodies (along, and not across) on one axis is applied, which allows to achieve the most stable results on sowing seeds and embedding fertilizers.


Seeding units of the working section, grain and row crops

STS MAGIA VELES AGRO can work on any type of soil and in soils with any moisture content. Its sowing section is universal for all types of sowing crops. Due to the special chisel-shaped working body, with simultaneous application of fertilizers in several horizons, it raises the lower, more humid layers of the soil, is sown in a more moist soil, contributes to better and uniform shoots. Two turbodisks make soil loosening with preservation of crop residues in the upper layer, which contributes to protection against crust formation and wind erosion. Rubber-wedge roller, which produces reverse compaction, promotes uniform contact of seeds with the ground.

The location of all organs on one section, each of which performs independent copying on the parallelogram due to the air cushion, ensures uniform depth of processing and seeding, which in turn contributes to uniform germination and the same conditions for plants at all stages of development.

Adjustable aisle and different types of coulters allow sowing of various crops: both tilled and grain crops. The large bunker volume minimizes the number of refueling and downtime.

Examples of using the STS MAGIA unit:

Sowing cereals with 280 row spacing in two lanes with a distance of 120 mm. In total, it turns out 200 mm. In this case, the "row edge” effect works.
Sowing in one row with 400 or 700 mm row spacing.
Precisely sowing seeds of tilled crops (rapeseed, soybean, corn, etc.). One of the main advantages is the possibility of sowing in a longer, but optimal range of time and even in conditions of insufficient humidity, as we take out the lower horizons of the soil and sow in the wet ground. This is especially true for rapeseed.
Tape fertilizer to the desired depth and sowing to the same depth, which is a priority in this machine, helps to increase the yield by 40%.
In the first versions of the testing of aggregates, the sowing was carried out in the summer period, in the month of July during the drought, when there was no rain for more than 30 days after harvesting grain. On corn and sunflower were obtained smooth and uniform shoots.

Friendly shoots appeared already on the fifth day after sowing. An analysis of the seeding depth of the seeds confirmed the very precise location of the seeds in depth (the deviation was up to 0.5 cm).
