TILLED SOWING COMPLEX PROFIT

The PROFIT cultivating and sowing complex allows you to perform strip tillage with the simultaneous application of mineral fertilizers and, in the presence of a sowing section, carry out sowing. The unit consists of 8 sections with a row spacing of 700 mm, 2 tanks of 1000 liters for mineral fertilizers and a Strip-Till section with an additional attachment, which is equipped with a PRECISION PLANTING metering unit.
The section itself performs a multi-stage number of operations, each of which is carried out in certain areas, namely:
1 — the front turbo disc cuts crop residues and, due to the wide wave, loosens the top soil layer
2 — row cleaners remove crop residues in row spacings
3 — an anchor-type stand introduces mineral fertilizers by a tape method to a predetermined depth;
the rack has a height adjustment
4 — mineral fertilizers are applied to the inner surface of the turbo disk to distribute fertilizers along
all soil horizons of the cultivated strip
5 — two turbo discs of different diameters and different wave heights produce tillage to a depth of 15 cm
6 — sowing section performs sowing
7 — soil rolling and compaction
