New rollers for disc harrows ZEUS and KRONOS for different types of soil 360

The new rollers, designed specifically for the ZEUS HD and KRONOS disc harrows, are optionally assembled when ordered, or as an optional, exchangeable console, for different types of soil.
A toothed roller is a comprehensive back seal over the entire gripping area. Suitable for heavy, stony soils. Well proven in the work on the cob soil, because it requires a small traction effort. The toothed structure loosens a large fraction of the treated soil well. The toothed roller provides a uniformly deep compaction of the soil with a loosened top layer. This roller is equipped with adjustable rear wipers, from hardened, wear-resistant specialized steel for working on wet soil with a lot of crop residues.
Tubular roller - the most simple and universal roller. Large diameter of 580 mm. Provides a high load-carrying capacity, and the optimal number of transverse pipes contribute to the quality loosening and the formation of a uniformly compacted surface.
A ring-spiral roller with an aggressive profile of a large diameter of 560 mm., Which leaves a loose, crust-proof surface of the soil. Well proven on heavy dry soils. The roller loosens large fractions, creating simultaneous strip seals, which maintains optimal circulation in the topsoil layers of the soil. Stable on stony soils.
The rubber-wedge roller is the optimal surface leveling application in most cases. Soil compaction is carried out by strips. The diameter of the roller of 580 mm contributes to a uniform leveling of the surface to be treated and has a high load-carrying capacity, and a large weight ensures high-quality rolling and loosening of blocks at high speeds. Such a roller forms compacted strips conducive to the accumulation of moisture and the formation of an optimal soil structure. This roller is equipped with adjustable detachable brushes made of hardened, wear-resistant specialized steel to work on wet soil with a large number of crop residues.
Segmental roller - roller with spring segments, promotes deep compaction of soil. Due to the conical execution of spring vibrating segments, the roller is self-cleaning. Segments are made of specialized steel, which goes through a multilevel complex thermomechanical processing and are replaceable. This roller is equipped with adjustable replaceable brushes made of hardened, wear-resistant specialized steel for working on wet soil with a large number of crop residues.
